David

DAVID WARE - Managing Director

David formed TeamTalk Limited in 1994 (see Our Story ) with the aim of building "the best little telco in New Zealand". David started his career in telecommunications engineering and later moved to consulting and marketing. Before setting up TeamTalk David held an executive position within Telecom New Zealand . David's vision and leadership in establishing TeamTalk has brought openings to help with other start-up wireless communications businesses including Wireless Data Services and Via-1 in Brazil.

GEOFF DAVIS - Finance Director

After more than a decade of involvement with TeamTalk through his executive position at Active Equities Geoff became a full time TeamTalk executive in 2011. Geoff has over 20 years experience in investment and finance related roles for both corporate and institutional investment companies. Geoff is responsible for the overall group finance function with a particular focus on group financing and strategic investment opportunities.

Kevin

KEVIN BROWN - General Manager - Marketing and Product Development

Kevin joined TeamTalk Limited in 1995. Kevin brought 21 years experience in the telecommunications industry that included working in a wide range of technical, engineering and operational roles. Kevin also specialised in marketing telecommunications products. Kevin's focus at TeamTalk is on new business development and strategic investment opportunities.

Russell

RUSSELL KELLING - Chief Financial Officer

Russell joined TeamTalk Limited in 1997 as financial controller. Russell had previously worked in a number of industry sectors including international freight forwarding, wholesale food distribution and food manufacturing, and chemical importation and distribution. Russell was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2000 in recognition of his contribution to building the company.

Grant

GRANT DOMIGAN - General Manager - Sales

Grant's career has included 20 years in the telecommunications market in both technical sales and sales management roles. Most recently Grant was involved with the Blue Star group of companies, specifically Cogent Communications, where he held the position of Corporate Sales Manager. Grant has also worked with Telecom New Zealand as National Sales Manager (customer premises equipment).

Brad

BRAD NAYLOR - General Manager - Operations

At TeamTalk we have a reputation and passion for delivering the highest possible customer service, a passion that's shared by our General Manager of Operations, Brad Naylor. Brad's role at TeamTalk is to manage the Helpdesk and to keep the Network Management Team, the Engineering Team and the Customer Engineers all in line. With over 30 years experience at both Telecom and NZ Post, Brad shares a background similar to many TeamTalker's, "I come from the school of hard knocks," says Brad. "I used to run the Telecom 021 and 120 customer services centers in Wellington where it was my job to put things right for people.
