JOE POPE, CHAIR, INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Joe Pope is a professional company Director. His current appointments include; Revera Limited (Chair), Martinborough Vineyard Estates Limited and Cavotec MSL Limited. Joe is also a Trustee of both the Victoria University Foundation and the Jayar Charitable Trust, an Accredited Fellow of the Institute of Directors and was invested in 2006 as an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit for Services to Business.
TONE BORREN, INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Tone has been involved in the Telecommunications Industry for more than 20 years in roles ranging from heading successful start-up company Mitel, to leading Telecom Wellington through to turning around the performance of the New Zealand arm of multinational Alcatel. Tone is Chair of Holmes Group Limited and holds directorships in a variety of technology and communications companies such as Shift Limited and Citylink Limited.
RUSS BALLARD, INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Russ is a professional Director. He is Chairman of Scion (Forrest Research), Deputy Chair of the Correspondence School, Chancellor of the Massey University Council, a Trustee of the Karori Sanctuary Trust and External Chair of the Risk and Assurance Committees of the IRD, the Office of the Clerk of the House; and the New Zealand Food Safety Authority. Russ is also an independent member of the Ministry of Social Development Risk and Assurance Committee. Russ has been Chief Executive of six government departments and was an inaugural member of the e-Government Advisory Board. Russ is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Management and was made a Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit in 2004.
PAUL COLLINS, DIRECTOR
Paul is an Executive Director of Active Equities Limited, as well as Chairman of the Wellington Regional Stadium Trust, IGL Limited and Hurricanes Limited. Paul is also a non-executive director of Fifth Web Limited, Masterpet Corporation Limited and the Wellington Rugby Football Union.
GEOFFREY DAVIS, DIRECTOR
Geoff is an Executive Director of Active Equities Limited. Prior to this position, he has held a number of investment related roles for both Corporate and Institutional Investors. Geoff is also a Director of Citylink Limited, Port Stafford Limited and MPET Holdings Limited.
DAVID WARE, MANAGING DIRECTOR
David founded TeamTalk Limited in 1994. His career spans 30 years in the Telecommunications Industry and includes engineering, consulting and marketing roles. David has provided strategic consulting services to Asian mobile radio companies and managed the Brazilian mobile radio operator Via-1. David holds an MBA with Distinction from Massey University and is the Chair of Araneo Limited and CityLink Limited
