"The Road Transport Industry is not known for taking this sort of direct action, so it's obviously a sign of the impact the increase in road user taxes are likely to have on the industry and we commend the government for taking another look at this issue.

The effect of these charges flow on to everyone in New Zealand, as the country is heavily reliant on this industry to transport goods around the nation 24/7.
